How soon will my items ship after I place my order?

All orders placed and received before, 10:00 a.m. EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the next day. All orders received after 10:00 a.m. EST will ship the following business day.

What happens if I order a product on the weekend? When will my order go out?

All orders placed Friday after 10:00 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

What Carrier will ship my order?

Grace Digital schedules Customer orders with DHL shipping service.

What cost does "Free Shipping" cover?

“Free Shipping” covers the cost to ship your order with DHL ground service within Canada. Should a Customer request an expedited DHL shipping service; the Customer will be charged the cost of any expedited service. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order.

When will my order arrive?

Customer orders are fulfilled from our distribution facility located in Peterborough, Ontario. Time to delivery will depend where your “SHIP TO” address is located.

Does Grace Digital ship orders received over the holidays and weekends?

No. Orders should ship Monday through Friday. Pick up and delivery times may alter depending on DHL shipping schedules.

Does Grace Digital accept International orders?

Yes.

How do I track my package?

All Customers who provide their email address at the time of purchase should receive a DHL tracking number via email. Please refer to www.dhl.ca for further information regarding DHL shipping and small package tracking details.
